No heat. No oil. No sugar. Just fruit at its most intense and most crisp. Here is how we get there — and why it matters.
How freeze-drying works
Fruit is frozen, then placed in a low-pressure chamber where the ice turns directly into vapour. No heat, no oil, no additives — just fruit in its most concentrated, crunchiest form.
Nutrition stays put
Because there is no high heat involved, most vitamins and antioxidants survive the process. You get the goodness of fresh fruit with the shelf life of dry.
Nothing added, ever
No sugar. No syrups. No preservatives. No colours. The label reads one word: fruit.
Crunch that lasts
Freeze-dried fruit keeps its texture for months. Open a pack weeks later — it still cracks the same way.
Quality and safety
Every batch is checked for moisture, crunch and colour. Packaging uses a high-barrier seal to keep oxygen and moisture out.
Built for real life
Light, resealable, easy to travel with. Perfect for lunchboxes, hikes, gym bags, desks and long journeys.

Is freeze-dried fruit healthy?
Yes. Freeze-dried fruit is just fruit with the water removed. You keep the fibre, most of the vitamins and antioxidants, and the natural sweetness of the fruit — without any added sugar.
Why does it cost more than fresh fruit?
Fresh fruit is mostly water. Freeze-drying removes that water, so a 30g pack starts as roughly 200g of fresh fruit. The process also takes time and energy, and we pay farmers fairly for quality produce.
How should I store it?
Keep your pack sealed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal tightly and eat within a few weeks for the crispest crunch. Refrigeration is not necessary.
How long does it last?
Unopened, Nutrifriz stays fresh for around 12 months. Opened packs stay crisp for several weeks if resealed properly.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. Nutrifriz contains only fruit — no additives, no added sugar. It is a great snack for kids of any age, though watch very young children with the smaller pieces.
Is it vegan and gluten-free?
Naturally. Fruit has no animal products and no gluten.
